I geass you are talking about the review ratings.
Those numbers are just based on my and my cowriter's subjective impressions (not on any complicated viewer polls or whatever).
10/10 = probably a top anime of the year
9-9,5 = original, interesting and high quality show, that is outstandingly good for one or another reason.
8-8,5 = Pretty good or funny show, but nothing too outstanding that will get you anime addicted
7-7,5 = anime has certain qualities and might be intersting to some fans of the genre who can overlook certain flaws.
1-6,5 = Everything below 7 means the show has flaws that cannot be overlooked anymore. The show has very little to offer and just isnt interesting enough and so it usually wont be reviewed by me.

I try to judge all the shows as objective as i can, but something like that will always be subjective and opinions will differ by tastes of the viewer. I just try to help the readers to compare the shows better by giving judgements about the relative quality of those shows. Its certain many will disagree or rate differnetly; but thats exactly the same with avarage viewer poll ratings.

Sorry Guys.
I had a little problem with my webspace. I got errors uploading and updating my page which is why some pages were blank for the past few days. And this GB didnt work as well.
It was because my webspace acctually was full; and it was full because my log file reached the size of over 500mb, however this is possible...
because of this no skript and not even me could write and edit files.

Now the GB works again and I can do updates on my lists again.

And about the angel on the background: Its neither anime nor manga; its a hentai game.

And I have yet to hear a good english anime dub,; there might be a few decent ones, but no good ones. Most dubs are just bad. In contrast to the german dubs, who did, to my suprise, a fairly good job at a lot of animes.

Im quite suprised to see someone that upset with the show.
Code Geass is not some prime time children shounen show success magnet with countless episdodes like One piece, naruto, detective conan, etc;
Those show have questionable quality compared to their success.
And yet Code Geass is different and still managed to gain huge success as well. Why is that? Simply because this show has something outstanding to offer: plot, characters, quality, animation. you might think otherwise, but success doesnt come with pizza advertising.
The anime industry is a ripoff industry. Every concept thats a little successfull will get picked up and is reinvented in other shows. Code geass is not the single target of your blame. The countless yaoi spinoffs are not made because the show is gay, but because of the Clamp character design.
Everyone has different tastes and even Evangelion had plenty of enemies.
Id be interested what shows u like as u seem to hate code geass so much.

How anybody can still be watching Code Gayass: Ledouche of the Redbutthole reaming number two is beyond me. Season number one made up one of the worst series I've ever watched. Reminiscent of Mai Hime in the way that it managed to be a generic ripoff of every show I've ever watched while maintaining high art quality and somehow gathering a large following. How? Maybe the fans enjoy the double-penetration of the dinky show itself along with a big fat black pizza delivery man.

Perhaps you all haven't noticed that the show has more yaoi spinoffs than just about any show I've ever come across. I don't even look at the stuff, and yet any time I come across anything Code Gayass somewhere on the internet besides the show itself, it's gay porn.

The show somewhat managed to pull itself out of the gutter for one episode during reaming number two... Which episode was it.. Two or three? Whatever, it just kept getting shittier until I felt like goatse himself my ass was gaping so wide from a giant pizza filler. --Not just any pizza filler though, the world's biggest pizza. And every episode since has had zero (see what I did there?) plot.

Simply put, it's a horrible show. Maybe somehow you could argue that it's a really dinky and generic show that's at least somewhat tolerable (to you), but that would be stretching it wider than I think is humanly possible. And maybe I would have agreed at episode two or three of the second reaming.

I seriously cannot fathom how anybody likes this show, besides maybe the fact that people are reading into the "plot" more than lost fans. I'm seriously going to laugh though once it's all over and everybody realizes what I've known since the beginning. They're making it up as they go along.


Written by: Mephisto2k 19.05.08 17:57	Code geass ep7; one word: Amazing! Maybe even one of the best episodes so far i think. With all those meaningful references and deep meanings and reflections they managed to come back to a quality of season1 again.
