Sora no Otoshimono – Anime Review
Review: Tomoki is your usual high school boy and takes most pleasure in life when everything is peaceful and normal. He seems pretty happy as the little fights with his neighbor/childhood friend Sohara-chan are only a small threat to his peace. Yet, he couldn’t help but save the female angel-like creature who came falling down from heaven in a big explosion. This creature comes from a different world and proclaims that Tomoki is her master now. Tamoki cries as he wishes his good old peaceful days goodbye, but he also sees the possibilities that come with the powers of this angel and wastes no time to make full use of them. After all he is just a high school boy.
Sora no Otoshimono is based on a manga by the same author as Watashi no Messiah-Sama. Both are very outstanding and breathtaking fantasy stories. While Watashi no Messiah-sama focused more on drama and action, Sora no Otoshimono focuses more on the school-life/romance/comedy part. It can be compared to Dears or Chobits. It’s the usual but always welcome “protagonist teaches alien visitor about human life and human feelings” pattern. The story already offers glimpses of hidden secrets and tragedies to be revealed, but sloppy work on key scenes and alterations to the plot greatly weaken the impact of both comedy scenes and story relevant scenes. Despite these flaws it’s really a great anime and definitely worth watching.

Hi you said that sora no otoshimono season 3 is coming out febuary 2014 but I checked the site and it only confirms a second movie and I didn’t see anything about a season 3 I’ve both wiki pages and on one it does say a second movie and the other a third season for 2013 so how do u know that a third season is coming out early next year it’s been 3 years almost and nothing about a new season so how do u know there’s a new season sorry I’m just a big fan of the anime thank you.

season 3 is coming, but the movie was half recap, half new. I didnt read the manga that far as to tell if the movie was a filler, or story continuation.

the movie is half recap indeed, Hiyori Kazane isn’t actually dead on the manga, but she was made dead on the movie. quite sad.

Did u see the last part of the movie ? Tomoki with saori at the special ‘place’. So s3 still hv connection with the movie. Nymph will save saori with her ‘skill’. Looking forward for it meh. Can’t wait 🙁 love u sora no otoshimono. Best ecchi movie.

on this site right here on animes for spring 2014 it has season 3 called sora no otoshimono final due out to air on april 26th 2014. I hope its true. this is a great anime.

Sadly Sora no Otoshimono Final: Eternal My Master is the new movie coming April 26th 2014.. The final installment to Heavens lost Property. There will be no more after that. This anime has made me cry alot after hearing about the Manga and Ikaros..
