Spring 2013 Anime List
This list is meant to provide an overview of all Spring 2013 Season Japanese new anime releases announced to air soon on Japanese television or to be released as anime DVD/Blu-Ray.
If you see no further specified airing date information for an anime title than the year of release, then that means in most cases that the anime studios working on that title has announced their anime to be available on Japanese television or available in stores as DVD in the near future, while not giving any specific timeframe. In those cases we often have to wait between 3 and 12 month to see that anime.

Some of the things I am really grateful for: There’s going to be a second season of Project K, there’s going to be a second Gintama Movie, Steins Gate goes into film’, Hyakka Ryouran is getting a second season after four years and that’s it. I cannot for the life of me, understand what the hell Hayate the combat butler is still around for and could somebody please tell me what is up with the wacked reverse harem and harem anime lined up for Spring? There’s even kiddy teddy bear stuff. Maybe I am just being a tad critical but where’s the mecha, where’s the shounen (and I am not talking about the goofy crap 2012 exposed a lot of us to I am talking about actual shounen). Something must give. I used to download up to 20 different anime episodes a week, that has now gone down to 6 or 7. Seriously?? Where’d all the good anime go?

well, Thaki, i guess there arnt that many good animes this season, but still;
maken ki, highschool dxd, date a live, haiyore, oreimo season2, to aru kagaku no railgun S, hayyaka ryouran, Sora no Otoshimono III, the world only god knows, Senhime Zesshou Symphogear 2, saki, and K. When i look at it, thats actually a lot ^^
2012 also had great animes, but too lazy to to go thru them, love live school idol, amnesia, senran kagura, vivired operations, gj bu, oreshura, and some others,

It would be pointless then wouldn’t it? Since Weisman is the immortal King. If he died, then why is there a second season? I would rather trust the guys who are letter this engine run less than a year after season 1 ended. I am kind of curious about who the new red King is going to be and about the other Kings we have yet to see. Who will be the wild card white King and what has happened to Reisi’s Sceptre 4? 2nd season is gna be awesome.

SAO is ended. they will not continue it beyond what they did. if you read the light novel Karito didn’t reset his character until after the GGO Arc. In the anime he did it at the very end of the ALF Arc. they stayed true to the light novel and changed it only at the very end of the anime to finish it off with a pretty decent ending.

It’s going to take a while for BTOOM but I know for a fact that they won’t show the rest of SAO. I am already investing in the light novel, because the anime producers aren’t going to give us more. BTOOM is a much stronger possibility as the manga is now serialized in the USA as well and has become very popular. Accel World, well, it was a good anime but I don’t think that the anime won a lot of popularity (unlike SAO). Lets hope for the best though. My bet is that within another year, BTOOM will enter its second season

What i would like to see was R+V doing a remake and now following the manga if they did that a lot more people would like it because lets be serious the manga is awesome but the anime its only to flash panties and the story is very poor comparing to manga.
In terms of points for me i would give 10/10 but the anime i would only give 5/10 and im giving 5 because i really like the manga so yeah this anime should be remaked and it would probably one of the best of his season for sure

Can’t wait to see 2nd season of K and High School DXD, Sword Art will definitely have more seasons if you haven’t read the book you are missing out (http://www.baka-tsuki.org/project/index.php?title=Sword_Art_Online) Its a great read. I really wish Sekirei, Blue Exorcist,Jorgumand have a followup seasons. I am digging Psycho-Pass, Magi,and Btoom in the meantime and just finished watching 2nd season of Black Lagoon which was awesome and 1st season of Black Rock Shooter which was really good. Overall I am excited with some of the newer stuff, wouldnt mind a 2nd season of Another (just as creepy as pyscho pass) but guess will just have to wait and see.

What the fuck why is everyone wanting a second season sword art online didn’t you guys see how much they fucked up the last 11 episodes. You can’t seriously tell me that SAO will be as epic as it was the first 4-5 episodes because their won’t be any worlds where people die if they are killed in the game. They’ve had more series than you’d care to count where the main character was good looking. Same could be said for main characters that were considered average. Personally, I liked that they went a different direction. It was more realistic. For the character type he was made for, they designed him appropriately and it made sense.
Of course, if you would rather flood your anime with hot guys, I’m sure there are more than enough series to fit your tastes.
