Summer 2011 Anime List
This list is meant to provide an overview of all Summer 2011 Season Japanese new anime releases announced to air soon on Japanese television or to be released as anime DVD/Blu-Ray.
If you see no further specified airing date information for an anime title than the year of release, then that means in most cases that the anime studios working on that title have announced their anime to be available on Japanese television or available in stores as DVD in the near future, while not giving any specific timeframe. In those cases we often have to wait between 3 and 12 month to see that anime.

I really hope they announce a second season to Freezing… I have faith that it would be better than the first season, which felt a bit rushed, but was still pretty amazing.

Really anticipating a lot of returning series. This year started out pretty good and the developers still know what makes anime lovers happy. Just can’t wait to see what else is left to come.

blood c was really disappointing it justs throws you in without explaining anything and the fight scene sucks animation in itself isnt to bad but storyline is 2/10

Yep…. I don’t think another Darker Than Black season will ever come out. T.T oh well… A new Clamp anime, hope it’s good considering I like most of the things clamp does. Read in some comments Shakugan No Shana season 3. didn’t see it in summer list but then again im blind. Im sure that was is going to be good.
